Ploughmans CC Summer Cricket Training and Socials at DSG

Ploughmans primary summer nets and training is held on Thursday evenings at Dulwich Sports Ground from 17:00 until sunset.

We have 6 training session leads who take it in turns to run the sessions, two of whom are ECB qualified coaches.

These sessions are structured for the 2023 season to give people the opportunity to focus on specific areas of their game that they want to develop. You can attend the sessions with areas that you want to focus on or even better, let the session leads know in advance of the session.

There is also a strong focus on fielding.

There is normally a high turn out (20+) and the bar is open for summer socials after sunset, which are usually keenly attended, so it’s a great place to meet a lot of the players.

If you can’t arrive until part way through a session, that is completely fine and is the case with a lot of us.

It is definitely worth trying to get to some of these sessions if you can!
